Return and replacement

At myfitmix GmbH, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

We produce only customized and personalized products. All personalized items as well as custom orders are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If a mistake was made on our end, we will be happy to replace/fix the mistake at no additional cost. 

We are not responsible for any errors or omissions once an on-screen proof is approved. We will be happy to replace the products, but at your expense.

If you received your order and the outside packaging is damaged, please make a note in the delivery note or forwarder papers and let the driver sign it.

If you received your order and it is damaged, we will be happy to replace the damaged products free of charge. Email us at info@myfitmix.de within 48 hours of delivery. To speed the process up, please include pictures of the damaged goods as well as outside packaging.

The damaged or faulty products do not provide a reason to cancel the order. We have a right for improvement and repeat production.
